These are some of the best prepared apartments in Walnut Creek. We are located just off the Treat Blvd. exit from highway 680, at the top of Walnut Creeks premier thoroughfare, North Main Street. Our location is terrific; 400 yards to the BART station. The 30 mile long Contra Costa Canal Regional Trail is a block up the street from us. Hike, bike, or horse back riding on the perfect trail. The trail goes in several different directions; Briones Regional Park, Hidden Lakes Open Space, Mount Diablo Foothills Regional Park, and Willow Pass Community Park. With restrooms and drinking water along the trails. Ask us for a trail map when you come to Walnut Creek and bring your hiking shoes!
The Lindsay Museum is two miles from us with a swim center, tennis courts, and large park adjacent. A great place to relax. Great golf nearby.
We have a pool and covered reserved parking. Our complex consists of individual fourplex buildings, each with four apartments. This means our apartments have windows on three sides and only one wall adjoining another apartment. Our older two story buildings have large 915 square foot two bedroom one bath floor plans. We have air conditioning. Each apartment has a separate water-heater, a linen closet and the master bedrooms feature a walk-in closet. We have repainted the exterior and interiors, installed new carpet, new light fixtures, new blinds, and many new appliances. Take a look at how well these apartments are prepared.
